Duties include working with K - 12 schools on mathematics content, methods, and/or curriculum-specific professional development and courses, modeling mathematics lessons, coaching the coach, establishing professional learning communities of teachers and coaches, and advising schools during adoptions of curricula and technology support.

• Associate Director of Center for Mathematics Achievement

Duties included managing the budget and report-writing on existing Title IIA and Title IIB grants; co-writing state and federal grants to fund mathematics content courses for K-8 teachers; coordinating the work of mathematics educators and mathematicians in curriculum development; supervising adjunct faculty and facilitators including but not limited to their recruitment, selection, evaluation, professional development, and course scheduling; scheduling, developing, and implementing professional development courses for K-8 mathematics teachers.

Duties included analyzing and synthesizing reviewers’ comments; reviewing and editing all content, managing the technical review process; providing the author with feedback and critique of new and existing materials; editing of supplemental materials; and preparing the manuscript for production

• Chairperson of General Education and Learning Assistance

Duties included departmental budget development; supervision of 23 adjunct and full-time faculty including but not limited to recruitment, selection, evaluation, professional development, and course scheduling; providing placement, academic counseling and developmental courses for all incoming students using Accuplacer and Plato Web-based Learning Network; development and evaluation of courses in General Education, Developmental Mathematics, English, Business and Management Mathematics; ensuring departmental compliance with ACICS accreditation and contributing to the application for NEASC accreditation;
